What Does a Hibachio Secret Shopper Get?

Qualifications To Participate:
Your assignment will be to dine-in a specified location. Order your meal and eat in the restaurant.
Call the assigned Hibachio location to place your order over the phone. Get your meal from the comfort of your car.
Secret shopping isn’t difficult, but it is very important that you correctly complete the assignment and survey questions in order to receive the payment and reimbursement. Here are tips to help you achieve success and provide Hibachio with extremely valuable feedback to improve our entire customer experience.
Remain a Ninja. The value of a secret shopper program is best achieved by an anonymous look at day to day operations. The element of surprise is crucial for us to gain an honest assessment of the current customer experience. DO NOT reveal that you are participating in the program. To be effective, you must complete the tasks without the staff recognizing you as a secret shopper. You must become a Hibachio ninja!
Read Instructions Carefully. Your assignment will provide you with instructions so you know what you need to do. Pay careful attention to what you need to order, which employees you need to identify, and what photos you need to take. You will need to complete a questionnaire within 24 hours of your visit.
Take Photos Immediately. Please take a photo of the food before you touch it. It is recommended that you preemptively snap photos of anything you order. Even if you don’t need the photo, it’ll give you more comfort to know that you have the photo when completing the survey. Also, don’t forget to snap a photo of your receipt too before you throw it away.
Identify Employees And Write Down Any Names Or Descriptions On Your Phone. It’s usually best to quickly write down a description of, or the name of, relevant employees that you interact with. How did the associate assist you, or what was his/her position (cashier, server, etc). Employees are required to wear nametags. Employees not wearing nametags should definitely be noted.
